Shipping
Four ways to get the goods
Sea freight from Shenzhen or Ningbo. Transit times below are port-to-port and exclude customs clearance.
- FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo
Standard. You nominate the forwarder, we deliver to port and clear export.
- CIF your port
We book freight and insurance. Rates quoted per shipment.
- DDP EU / US door
Delivered duty paid through our forwarder. Duties and VAT invoiced at cost.
- EXW factory
Available for buyers with their own China consolidation.

Your brand, our factory. Tooling is amortised over the first production run and becomes yours to keep.

Send styles, quantities and target FOB. You get a costed quote and a compliance check within 24 hours.

Samples
Stock samples ship in 3 days. Custom colourways or private label samples in 7–10 days, freight collect.

Order & deposit
30% TT deposit confirms the order and locks the production slot. Lab dips and packaging proofs signed off before cutting.
- 04
Production & QC
In-line checks at 30% and 70%, final AQL 2.5 inspection, third-party inspection welcome at your cost.
- 05
Shipping
FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo, CIF to your port, or DDP to your door. Documents couriered and emailed the day the container sails.
- 06
Reorder
Your spec, last, materials and packaging are archived. Reorders skip sampling and go straight to production.
Questions
Before you ask
What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pairs per style and colour for production, 60 pairs for stock programs where we hold inventory. Mixed sizes within a colourway are fine; mixed colours below 300 pairs carry a small-dye-lot surcharge.
How fast can I get samples?
Stock samples leave in 3 working days, freight collect. Custom colourways or private-label samples take 7–10 days. Sample cost is refunded against your first production order above 600 pairs.
Do you support private label?
Yes. Logo embossing or printing, custom sock liner, hangtag, polybag, shoe box and carton mark. Tooling for a new outsole is USD 800–1,500 depending on size, amortised over the first 3,000 pairs.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo as standard, CIF to your port on request, and DDP to EU and US addresses through our forwarder. DDP rates are quoted per shipment, not per pair.
What are the payment terms?
30% TT deposit, 70% against the bill of lading. LC at sight for orders above USD 30,000. Net 30 available after three completed orders.
Can you handle EU compliance paperwork?
We provide test reports, GPSR label artwork with an EU responsible person, and EUDR due-diligence statements for leather. The responsible person itself must be appointed by the importer or their EU representative.
