Two regulations to plan for
GPSR and EUDR
GPSR — Regulation (EU) 2023/988. In force since 13 December 2024. Products need an EU responsible person, a traceability reference and safety information on the product or packaging. We print the responsible-person block, batch code and importer details on the box and inner label as part of standard production, at no extra cost.
EUDR — Regulation (EU) 2023/1115. Bovine leather falls in scope. We collect tannery geolocation, harvest date and due-diligence statements from our leather suppliers and pass them through with the shipping documents for every EU-bound order.
Neither regulation is optional for EU retail. If your current supplier has not raised them, that is the gap you are carrying into customs.
