Cutting, stitching, lasting and packing all happen under one roof in Lishui, Foshan — which is why we can promise a date and hold it. Contracts, export documents and compliance are handled by our Hong Kong office.

One counterparty, two locations
You contract with the Hong Kong company. Manufacturing sits in Foshan. Nobody in between, and no third party to chase when something goes wrong.

Process
Five stages, five sets of hands
Nothing leaves a stage without a signature. If a roll of leather fails the hand-feel check, it stops at cutting.

Cutting
Leather inspected under 1,000 lux before nesting. Shade-matched sets, grain direction marked, 2% allowance for defects.
- 02
Stitching
Single-piece flow across 86 operators. Stitch density 8–9 SPI, needle and thread logged per batch for traceability.
- 03
Lasting
Heat-set at 70°C for 12 minutes, then rested 24 hours so the upper holds shape before sole attach.
- 04
Assembly
Cemented or vulcanized. Sole bond tested at 60 N/cm pull; 10,000-cycle flex on every new outsole.
- 05
QC & packing
Metal detection on 100% of pairs, AQL 2.5 final inspection, carton drop test before the container is sealed.
